Refund policy

At Naturva, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. Below, you will find our Refunds & Returns Policy, which outlines the guidelines for returning products to us.

We have a 90-day refund policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund. This also applies to our 90-Day money back guarantee. If your order is outside of this 90-Day window, we cannot accept a refund.

Naturva does not accept refunds when an order has already been processed, and/or is in the shipping process. Our 90-Day money back guarantee does NOT go into affect until the customer receives the product physically. This ensures that the customer receives a fair 90-Day window to try the product first, even if shipping takes longer than expected.

Please inspect your order upon reception, take a photo of the item and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we can only issue a refund for defective, damaged orders or if you have received the wrong item. We cannot issue a refund if you have requested a refund after 90 days of receiving your item. We can only issue a refund with proof in the form of a photo showing that your item is defective, damaged or different from the variant in your order confirmation.

Refunds are not provided in situations where:

  1. The customer has had a change of heart or simply no longer wants the product.

  2. The customer is responsible for any faults or damages to the goods after purchase.

  3. The customer discovers that the product could have been obtained at a lower price from another source.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
